Service Area Policy

Garage Floor Marketing is a SaaS product available to garage floor coating businesses operating in all 50 US states, the District of Columbia, and US territories. We are a division of USDURALAST, a US Disabled Veteran owned company.

We don't currently support Canada, Mexico, or international customers. We're looking at Canada for 2026; ping us if you want to be on the early list.

Garage Floor Marketing is built for the company that installs the floors, not the agency that markets for them. One subscription covers one operating company, no matter how many states or markets that company serves.

If you run independent businesses under separate LLCs, each entity gets its own org. We support multiple orgs per user account so you can switch between them with one login.

We don't broker leads. Leads in your CRM are leads you generated, leads your CRM captured from your funnels, or leads imported from your prior systems. We never share customer or lead data across organizations.

Franchise systems and multi-location operators can use one org per location with shared brand assets, or a master org with location pipelines, depending on how you want bids attributed. Email us for setup; we'll work out the right shape with you.

The cities, zip codes, and radii you enter in your account are used to:

• Score leads based on distance from your route
• Drive the Service Area Page Builder when active
• Qualify inbound calls through the AI receptionist
• Map your GBP service-area updates

We don't share that data with other contractors, even ones in adjacent markets.

We reserve the right to decline service to applicants whose business model conflicts with this policy (e.g., lead-resellers, contractors operating outside the US, businesses unrelated to floor coatings).
